SHIPPING COSTS
AND ALTERNATIVES
We try to provide the best shipping solution in regards of shipping time, cost and safety and tracking ability. The shipping costs are fixed to number of purchased products:
SWEDEN
-4€ per order + 3€ per item
-Delivery by PostNord.
EUROPE - UPS access point
-10€ per order + 1€ per item
-The book will be delivered to the closest UPS access point of the provided shipping address for your pick up. You can follow the order with the provided tracking number.
EUROPE - UPS home delivery
-10€ per order + 5€ per item
-The book will be delivered to the provided shipping address by UPS. Please note that you will have to be home at the time of the delivery or the order might be taken to the closest UPS access point for your pick-up. You can follow the order with the provided tracking number.
WORLD
-10€ per order + 4€ per item
-Will be sent out with PostNord or UPS and you will receive a tracking code.
-PostNord cooperates with each country’s postal service, for example, in USA your order will be delivered by USPS.
Free shipping is provided to all orders of 80€ or above within Europe. Use promo-code FREESHIP at the checkout. The code must be entered when placing the order and won’t be issued afterwards. These orders will be shipped with the ‘UPS access point’ service for you to collect.
TERMS
-Orders are dispatched from Stockholm within 7 working days from placing the order.
-Payments through the website are made with credit cards. PayPal and Swish payments can be accepted, please contact us.
-Kult Books is not responsible for shipments unable to be delivered to clients due to lacking or misspelled contact information. When a tracking code is provided the client is responsible for following the order and collecting the shipment on time. Orders returned to us can be reshipped to the client upon secondary payment for the shipping plus costs occurred from collecting the returned shipment. Alternatively the order can be refunded after deducting the costs occurred from collecting the returned shipment. If you have not collected your order in time and your order has been returned to us, contact us via email.
-The customers outside of EU remain responsible for possible import costs such as customs tariffs and VAT charges.
-The email used for placing an order will automatically subscribe to our newsletter.
-Kult Books does not remain responsible for damages or delays caused by the courier. The books shipped from Kult Studio are packed very carefully to arrive undamaged to the customers, and if damages do occur, this is due to misconducted handling of the package.
-If the country of your residence is not available in the shipping destinations please get in touch at hello@kultbooks.com and we’ll solve this.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Contact us if you have received a damaged copy.
