SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS

We strive to provide the best shipping solutions in terms of shipping time, cost, safety, and tracking ability. The shipping costs are fixed based on the number of purchased products:

SWEDEN
-4€ per order + 3€ per item
-Delivery by PostNord.

EUROPE - UPS access point
-10€ per order + 1€ per item
-The order will be delivered to the nearest UPS access point to the provided shipping address for you to pick up. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

EUROPE - UPS home delivery
-10€ per order + 5€ per item
-The order will be delivered to the provided shipping address by UPS. Please note that you must be home at the time of delivery; otherwise, the order may be taken to the nearest UPS access point for you to pick up. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

USA - UPS home delivery
-16€ per order + 4€ per item
-Following the recent changes in the customs and tariffs rules for the U.S., the Swedish postal service PostNord has completely stopped the shipping of goods to the United States. Therefore the order will be shipped with UPS, which is a more expensive service complared to the previous one. If the situation changes we will update the shipping costs accordingly, as we always try to provide the cheapest and smoothest alternative to our customers. The order will be delivered to the provided shipping address by UPS. Please note that you must be home at the time of delivery; otherwise, the order may be taken to the nearest UPS access point for you to pick up. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

WORLD
-11€ per order + 5€ per item
-Will be sent out with PostNord or UPS depending of the recepient country.
-PostNord cooperates with each country’s postal service; for example, in Canada, your order will be delivered by Canada Post.
-Please note that only untracked shipping is provided to some countries, for example to most of the Latin America. If you have questions regarding the shipping options please contact us via email at hello@kultbooks.com.

Free shipping is available for all orders of €80 or more within Europe. Use the promo code FREESHIP at checkout. The code must be entered when placing the order and cannot be issued afterward. These orders will be shipped using the 'UPS access point' service for you to collect.

TERMS

-Orders are dispatched from Stockholm within seven working days of placing the order.

-Payments on the website can be made with credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Swish payments; please contact us for more information.

-Kult Books is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or misspelled contact information. Once a tracking code is provided, the client is responsible for monitoring the order and collecting the shipment on time. In case of any issues Kult Books need to be contacted within one month from placing the order. Orders returned to us can be reshipped to the client upon payment of the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred from the return. Alternatively, the order can be refunded after deducting the costs associated with collecting the returned shipment. If you have not collected your order in time and it has been returned to us, please contact us via email.

-Customers outside the EU are responsible for any potential import costs, including customs tariffs and VAT charges.

-The email used to place an order will automatically subscribe you to the Kult Books’ newsletter.

-Kult Books is not responsible for damages or delays caused by the courier. The books shipped from Kult Studio are packed very carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged. If damages do occur, it is due to mishandling of the package.

-If your country of residence is not listed among the shipping destinations, please get in touch at hello@kultbooks.com, and we’ll find a solution.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please contact us if you receive a damaged copy.
